What does pillow loft mean?

Generally speaking, stomach sleepers benefit from a lower loft, side sleepers benefit from mid-high, and back sleepers can benefit from any of the three.
How long does a good pillow last?

The warranty covers any defects in the materials or workmanship. The following exceptions will void the warranty: excessive wear and tear, stains, normal changes in softness or resilience, improper care, or damage caused by use on uneven mattresses or other surfaces, alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives, damage resulting from transit or handling, or commercial use.
