What does pillow loft mean?

Pillow loft refers to pillow thickness. Loft plays a vital role in aligning your neck and spine. Low loft pillows are typically around 4 inches or less, mid-loft is 5-6 inches, and a high loft is anything higher than 6 inches. Generally speaking, stomach sleepers benefit from a lower loft, side sleepers benefit from mid-high, and back sleepers can benefit from any of the three.
How long does a good pillow last?

A good pillow maintains its best quality for about 2-3 years. After that, we recommend replacing your pillow to ensure your pillows are supportive, comfortable, and stay free of allergens.

What does the pillow warranty cover?

The warranty covers any defects in the materials or workmanship. The following exceptions will void the warranty: excessive wear and tear, stains, normal changes in softness or resilience, improper care, or damage caused by use on uneven mattresses or other surfaces, alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives, damage resulting from transit or handling, or commercial use. "I need a few more of these! They are so soft with the perfect amount of firmness. The deisgn is really done well it stays cool the entire night. "This pillow is very dense. It felt like it raised my head up a little more than I would have liked and made me a little uncomfortable in the position I sleep in. My husband loves it as is so I just gave it to him. He seems to sleep more rested. We both noticed that it kept pretty cool overnight too. Overall it feels very well made and it will last for a long time. There is access to the foam inside."

I’ve tried at least a

"I’ve tried at least a dozen pillows looking for the perfect cooling pillow and I finally found it! It gives me support where I need it while still being soft. I’ve had 8 brain surgeries, so I have scars on the back of my head that can mak hard pillows VERY uncomfortable, but they’ve also cut through my neck muscles several times, so I need support in my neck. I didn’t want anything I had to constantly fluff up because the film got compacted (I thought I had found a great pillow but this was its downfall. It would compress and get hard and then I’d have to fluff it and it would be great again until I fell asleep or I fluffed it again). One of the main things that has kept me away from other foam pillows is that they all smell terrible when they arrive! I am chemically sensitive, and those scents gave me instant migraines, I can’t imagine if I tried to sleep on them! This pillow had almost no scent (I could smell it if I put my face in it and sniff really deeply) so I aired it out for a few hours and it was good to go! The queen size is a bit tricky and I have to use king size linens for it. I tried to put it in a standar/queen allergy cover and it squished up the pillow too much and made it too hard. I ended up going without an allergy cover for now because the regular ones affect the cooling technology in the pillow. I did find a cooling pillow allergy cover and I’ve ordered it but it hasn’t arrived yet. It was way too expensive for a pillow cover, but I’m allergic to life, and I want this pillow to last so it’s worth it to me. I highly recommend this pillow. It was actually less expensive than many of the other pillows I tried, and ended up being the best one!"
