What's the best pillow for my sleep position?

What does pillow loft mean?

Pillow loft refers to pillow thickness. Loft plays a vital role in aligning your neck and spine. Low loft pillows are typically around 4 inches or less, mid-loft is 5-6 inches, and a high loft is anything higher than 6 inches. Generally speaking, stomach sleepers benefit from a lower loft, side sleepers benefit from mid-high, and back sleepers can benefit from any of the three.
How long does a good pillow last?

A good pillow maintains its best quality for about 2-3 years. After that, we recommend replacing your pillow to ensure your pillows are supportive, comfortable, and stay free of allergens.
Do I need a pillow protector?

We recommend using a pillow protector to protect your pillow from sweat, stains, spills, and allergens.
What does the pillow warranty cover?

The warranty covers any defects in the materials or workmanship. The following exceptions will void the warranty: excessive wear and tear, stains, normal changes in softness or resilience, improper care, or damage caused by use on uneven mattresses or other surfaces, alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives, damage resulting from transit or handling, or commercial use. Longest Lasting Best Pillow Ever!

"I had this pillow over a decade. Probably closer to 15 years. I originally bought for myself and I Loved it! But then I found another pillow I thought I liked better and gave the Z to my teen son, and he was in heaven! Although I attempted to wash it constantly if he caught me he’d throw a fit and I finally said fine! Stink then I don’t care! I gave it to him around 8 years ago and over the past 2 years I’ve been trying to find a replacement for it bc it’s disgusting 🤢 (see photo) he was upset but at almost 21 I finally found him a pillow he likes more and he brought it to me and said “mom I think it’s time” h e was so upset I asked if he wanted a dang funeral! Lmao! Needless to say these are some great and long lasting pillows! And yes that’s the OG pillowcase and yes it disgusting 🤮. I wouldn’t let him use it with another pillowcase over the top! I’m just sooooo happy it’s GONE! No more stank. I wish I could show you his sad face but he’d kill me!"

Very Poor Customer Service

"I purchased this pillow in March and loved it! Unfortunately over the past three months I find that it's too hot to sleep on and has become too soft and mushy. It no longer provides support to my neck. Unfortunately when I contacted CS I received a reply SO RIDICULOUS that I thought it was a joke! "Hello There seems to be a problem with my pillow. I absolutely loved it when I first got it, however it seems to be getting softer and mushier as the days go by. It is now causing severe neck pain because it just flattens out too much. Is this a typical problem? I'd like to exchange it for a different type pillow that is firmer. Please let me know if that's a possibility and how I can do this. Best Pillow Ever!

"This pillow is amazing! I have constant shoulder and neck pain. Over this last year I have purchased numerous pillows in all price ranges with very high ratings. None of them helped. A friend of mine lent me this pillow to try out. I was very skeptical, however I slept on it for several nights. I am a side and back sleeper. After 3-4 nights using this pillow my neck and shoulder pain reduced significantly. I immediately ordered this pillow and got it within days of ordering. The gel within the pillow is very cooling which was a relief in itself. The way it molds to head, neck and shoulders is comforting and feels amazing. The Gel hasn’t lost its shape. I am so happy with this pillow I can highly recommend this. It’s a wonderful feeling to get a good night’s sleep for the first time in a year. Worth the price!!"
