At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. That means we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, you can return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free. If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Most orders ship within one business day and typically arrive within 2 to 6 business days.

Some larger items, such as adjustable bases and larger sized Ice Cloud® mattresses, may ship via LTL freight due to their size. These items may require additional handling time and are generally delivered within 7 to 10 business days. 

Freight Delivery

What to Expect: Freight deliveries are scheduled in advance and arrive curbside at your address. Carriers are not able to bring items inside your home or assemble products.

Scheduling Your Delivery: Once your order ships, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery window. A valid phone number is required at checkout.

Delivery Considerations: Depending on your location or delivery needs, additional services (such as liftgate delivery or limited access locations) may affect timing or cost.

Inspection at Delivery: We recommend inspecting your items upon arrival. If any damage is visible, please note it on the delivery receipt so we can resolve it promptly.
