"Too firm to the point it is uncomfortable and there is no exchange offered. I would need to return and pay for the return shipping. Not a good customer service if the product does not meet the expectations. For that matter i do not want to order from the company again. I'd find a better service elsewhere. The difference is in a great service you offer to your client."
"This pillow is tops. I got my first one about 7 years ago or so and basically ran it til the wheels fell off. I probably should have gotten a new one sooner. Now that I'm on to my second one, it has that nice balance of medium firmness for support but squishy softness. The first night on my new one felt a little off, but only because I was used to a flat one for too long. So happy with this pillow and will continue to buy these as long as they're still making them."
