Yes. All Malouf mattresses are made to be compatible with an adjustable bed base for optimal comfort. They work with any flat foundation without the need for a box spring. Simply place your base directly on an adjustable base, flat frame, or upholstered platform base.  

When initiating a return for a Malouf mattress or adjustable bed frame, there are a few important guidelines to keep in mind. First, all requests must be submitted within 100 days of delivery. But, before initiating a return, we ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 days so you can adjust to the new mattress or frame. If, after this period, you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return here.

Yes. All Malouf mattresses are compressed and rolled in a box, making them easy to transport to your bedroom upon delivery. Setup is easy—all you need to do is open your mattress and let it decompress for 24 hours before sleeping on it.

The mattress warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. The following exceptions will void the warranty: wear and tear; stained or soiled product; misuse or improper maintenance; alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives; or damage resulting from transit, handling, use, accident, or otherwise.
