Do mattress and pillow protectors really work? 

Yes! Malouf protectors have an H2Pro® liquid-proof backing, providing soft and quiet 100% liquid-proof protection.
Do I need a mattress protector?

Yes. We recommend using a mattress protector to protect your investment from spills, stains, and dust mites. If you purchase a Malouf mattress, the warranty on your mattress will be voided if you do not use a mattress protector.
Do I need a pillow protector?

We recommend using a pillow protector to protect your pillow from sweat, stains, spills, and allergens.
Do protectors make you sleep hot?

Some fabrics can retain heat, but all Malouf protectors are made with breathable fabrics, so it provides the protection you need without compromising comfort.
Are mattress and pillow protectors machine washable and dryer safe?

Yes! We recommend washing your protector once or twice a month, or on an as-needed basis. Follow care instructions to optimize the care for your protector. Note we recommend washing your sheets more often (once per week) to ensure your sleep environment stays fresh and clean.
What is included in a Split King mattress protector package?

A Split King mattress protector purchase will come with two Twin XL protectors, one for each mattress of your Split King sleep setup.
What does the protector warranty cover?

This warranty covers any defects in the materials or workmanship, with the exceptions of excessive wear and tear, stains, misuse or improper maintenance, alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives, and damage resulting from transit or handling. The warranty also covers any mattress purchased on the same receipt as the protector, as long as the protector is found to be defective. How does your 30-night sleep trial work?

All returns (other than mattresses and adjustable bases) must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. To return an online purchase or if the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you may initiate a return here.
