What's the best pillow for my sleep position?  

The best pillow for your sleep position is one that properly aligns your spine. Typically, side sleepers benefit from firmer pillows, stomach sleepers from softer pillows, back sleepers from medium-firm pillows, and universal sleepers from soft, versatile pillows. Shoulder cutout pillows are a great option for side sleepers.
Which pillow is best for cooling?

What does pillow loft mean?

Pillow loft refers to pillow thickness. Loft plays a vital role in aligning your neck and spine. Low loft pillows are typically around 4 inches or less, mid-loft is 5-6 inches, and a high loft is anything higher than 6 inches. Generally speaking, stomach sleepers benefit from a lower loft, side sleepers benefit from mid-high, and back sleepers can benefit from any of the three.
How long does a good pillow last?

A good pillow maintains its best quality for about 2-3 years. After that, we recommend replacing your pillow to ensure your pillows are supportive, comfortable, and stay free of allergens.
Do I need a pillow protector?

We recommend using a pillow protector to protect your pillow from sweat, stains, spills, and allergens.
What does the pillow warranty cover?

The warranty covers any defects in the materials or workmanship. The following exceptions will void the warranty: excessive wear and tear, stains, normal changes in softness or resilience, improper care, or damage caused by use on uneven mattresses or other surfaces, alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives, damage resulting from transit or handling, or commercial use. I had a convolution pillow

"I had a convolution pillow that was getting pretty old so this was a replacement. I got two this time. I love the pillow. It is comfortable and I have no problems with its function. The shipping was prompt; neck and sleep are fine. My only wish was that it had been available in a standard size. My previous one was standard size but it was only offered in queen and king sizes when I ordered it. I got the queen size but none of my pillow cases fit well. Otherwise, it's a great pillow."

Best Pillow EVER

"I love these pillows. Sadly I purchased my first Malouf pillow 8 years ago and had been struggling to find a replacement until I visited the Malouf website. I love that it's two sided, so you can chose soft or support! Downside it i cannot find a pillowcase large enough to accommodate the king pillow. It's about 4 inches longer than the case. I may have to make one."

Best pillow ever!!

"Best Pillow ever!! There is a hot springs resort in Idaho that we have stayed at several times and their beds all have Malouf Convolution pillows on them. The first time we stayed there I pulled the pillow case off to hopefully find a tag on the Pillow. To my surprise it was there. I did the same thing the next two times we stayed there, LOL. This last time I decided it was time to order some pillows. Being the holiday season it took a bit of persistence and checking the website often to find them in stock. But it was totally worth it. I love this pillow, so much so that I plan on ordering more to put in the camp trailer."
